The 4th Gen Mazda 3 Is Holding Up Great

Future classic!

It definitely is :sunglasses:.

All generations have aged well, in my opinion. I replaced my 2008 with a 2013, and when I hit 200k miles, I’ll get another 10-year-old one. It’s the perfect car for me. I’ve owned around 18 cars, and I love my Mazdas, my 2000 Golf, and my '95 Legacy L wagon the most.

That’s a good thing since it hasn’t had any updates in years.

Such a handsome car! I’d love to have one in a turbo manual AWD hatch :cry:.

Maybe someday! :crossed_fingers:

I might be the only one who absolutely dislikes the rear design of the Mazda 3 but loves the front.

I agree. Most of their models, except for the Mazda 3 sedan and Miata, have the same problem. They all have a bulbous rear, which isn’t a great look to me.

100%. I want to replace my 2012 Mazda 3, but the current rear design has completely turned me off.

I have the same one! Eggy bois!

It definitely is aging well, but it could use a hybrid powertrain.

The new Civic is doing great with 200hp and 232 lb-ft of torque, getting 50mpg. It’s even faster than the Si, all while keeping its driving dynamics thanks to the small, light battery.

@Dru
And it offers more space too. I would choose the Civic if I wanted an automatic and was buying today.
