Hey everyone, I’ve had my 2021 Mazda 3 for three weeks now and love it! I haven’t had any issues with the app until today. Anyone else dealing with problems? How long does it usually take Mazda to fix these issues?

Same here! I keep getting the internal usher SDK error; I can’t log in.

I’m having the same issue!
I’ve been using the app without issues since October, but it’s not working today. There must be something down with the system.
I’ve got a few older Mazdas without the app, so I don’t really get the fuss. Why not just forget the app? Is it something you have to pay for? I’m kind of lost in this forum with all the posts about the app.

Alright, maybe I’m just a boomer… But why pay for a subscription for a service that doesn’t work when cheaper options exist? I don’t really get the sympathy for people paying for a service that’s so unreliable.

Haha, no one’s asking for your sympathy. People just want to know why the app isn’t working, and they came to this forum to check if others are facing the same problem. People can spend their money as they wish. You’re acting like a boomer by making this all about you, and it’s a bit much.

Half of the new posts are about the app. This forum could easily have a sticky post to address it; instead, it’s just flooding with the same issue. If people are having the same problem, why not check the other posts first before making another one? There’s a solution here; I’m just pointing it out.

You’re right, it’s probably annoying. But, like you said, it’ll probably pass soon enough. People will stop posting about it soon enough.
No one really knows at the moment. I’ve seen slowness in the mornings before, which cleared up later in the day. But this is the first time I’ve had a full outage like this.
Seems like this is affecting everyone. Has anyone been able to get in touch with Mazda about it?
