How can I remove this from my car seats?

I placed my golf clubs bag on the back seats and when I took it out, I noticed this. Will it go away on its own?

Just sit there and move up and down until it goes away. And golf clubs go in the back, that’s what the hatch or truck is for.

LOL… This made me laugh.

They don’t fit in the width or length of the back, so without much work, this is a place that fits.

They don’t fit in the trunk? I have to remove my driver from the bag but they fit fine in my '18 hatch.

Nope, still doesn’t fit. I have to fold the seats down if I want to get them in the back because it doesn’t fit in the width. Maybe a USA model is bigger than the European models.

Try dampening and then gently using a hair dryer on the area. Just warm it a little. Might help the foam and leather reset.

It’s probably been enough time for you to see the answer yourself. My guess is it has already gone away.

Nope, after a night it’s still there.

Go sit in it for an hour or two, or put the car in the sun for a while and then go sit in it.

@Linden
They’ll have a burnt butt, a butt print right?

Maybe, but the warmed seat material along with the weight of a big pair of cheeks and thighs will pull the material back flat.

This got the dents out of my seats after having a child’s car seat installed for a month. Parking outside on a very hot day did the trick.

Use low heat.

You can remove it with heat. I suggest using a steamer and then massaging it around. Hope that helps.

Steam is the answer.

It will go away with use. Regular use, people sitting on it.

I usually put something between the seats to avoid damage or similar results. For a long time, I carried a small blanket for that exact reason. Not anymore as I moved away from leather seats with my next vehicle.

Had the exact same mark on CX-50 leather, I used a damp cloth to apply humidity and carefully used a hairdryer to stretch it back into place. There are YouTube videos on this. Also used leather conditioner after. All gone now.

It’s perforated leather. The holes allow it to change shape more than most materials without perforated holes and stay that way a while longer. Don’t use too much heat but a warm slightly damp cloth and just sit on it or place something soft but heavy on it. You want to stretch the material around the change about twice the size of the current dent.

Steamer and a shop vac. They look heated. Try turning on the heater and see what happens.
