It’s all about warming it up just enough to get going. Don’t expect it to be toasty immediately. The zoom-zoom takes a little time!
The real concern is the oil temperature, not how comfortable the cabin is. Cold oil doesn’t lubricate well, so you need to be careful with the engine until it warms up. That blue light on your dash is there for a reason.

Actually, the blue light is for the coolant temp, not the oil. Most cars don’t show oil temp because coolant overheating is the bigger risk.
