I’ve had this app for two years now with my Mazda, and it has been terrible. It used to be bad, but now it seems even worse, and I’m actually paying for it. Does anyone think they’ll offer some months for free or a refund?
Maybe if enough people stop paying for it, they’ll get the message. I’m planning to cancel after my 3 years are up.

I agree, it’s not even reliable. There were multiple times last winter when I tried to use it and it didn’t work. I’m just going with it for now, but I won’t be paying for it when my trial ends.

Yeah, the 3-year trial is their chance to convince us to keep using it, but so far I’m not sold on it.

I only renewed because I’m in Canada, and getting the car started is important to me. But it’s not even working right now. I just paid for my first month, and now I’m on a month-to-month plan.

I’m also in Canada, and the past couple of days have been brutal without a remote start. I might sound dramatic, but at -27 °C, I really need a warm car in the morning.

I haven’t had many issues, but the fact that I can’t change temps or settings from the app is super frustrating.

Yeah, most of the features are useless. Why can’t they just add basic controls like the heated seats and steering wheel? And just get the app to work properly; it’s winter!

I wish they’d focus on my trial period! I’ve had a couple of cold mornings with the app down, so I won’t be paying when my trial ends.

Same here! I’m on the free trial, but this app has been down for two 10°F days in a row. It’s trash.

I think the only way to get their attention is by not paying for it. Same goes for car issues like no spare tyres; they’ll keep removing things as long as people still buy them.

I’m not good with installing stuff, but I put one in my 2020 CX-5. It’s been great!

How much did it cost you?
It was about $300 for the unit. I’m doing the install myself, so no extra fees.
The only way they’ll listen is if people stop using it.
Go third party. I use a system that responds in 2 seconds and hasn’t failed me in months.
